COMMERCIAL WINE FARM AND HOTEL
Hazendal Wine Farm is a well know wine farm situated in Cape Town. This intense historic renovation project consisted of a full overhaul of the bistro restaurant, a new commercial kitchen, new bistro ablutions, wine tasting bar and lounges and new wine tasting ablutions including the new Avant Garde restaurant all forming part of the historic precinct on the farm. The project also consisted of the construction of a new pool, pond and patio areas within the hotel courtyard area and beyond.
The specifications of materials on this project was of the highest quality with many imported products and all bespoke joinery, fixtures and furniture.
