Having refined his expertise at contractors like Ruwacon and Group 5, he brings the rigorous standards of Tier-1 construction to every project. His unique background allows him to not only manage large-scale site operations but also to master the contractual and regulatory frameworks that often stall traditional developments. Lance strengthens the Grenco team with more than a decade of invaluable experience gained at Concor, De Beers Marine, and Murray & Roberts. Since joining Grenco, he has applied his extensive quantity surveying background to optimize the commercial performance of our most complex projects. His dedication to efficiency and value-driven management ensures that every Grenco development meets our exacting standards for quality, budget, and timely delivery.

Estimator + Senior Quantity Surveyor
Ansie leads the Grenco estimating team with a formidable background in quantity surveying, shaped at industry leaders like Murray & Roberts, Power Construction, and Stabilid. Her vast experience across projects of all scales ensures that Grenco’s tenders are as accurate as they are competitive. Ansie’s meticulous attention to detail and professional rigor are the cornerstones of our costing process, allowing us to successfully partner with a diverse range of high-tier clients.
